- Question: How long does it take to sell my house for cash?
Answer: It can take as little as 7 days, however 14-21 allows for more comfortable scheduling of all parties involved. We are flexible and can work with you regarding the best schedule for the purchase of your home.
- Question: Are repairs required?
Answer: Chili Pepper Homes always purchases houses 'as is'. We never expect any repairs to be done by the current owner. There is no need to clean your home or stage it for showings. We will even allow you to leave old furniture and other items that are not desired as long as this is requested before the final price is agreed upon.
- Question: Will there be any closing costs?
Answer: Chili Pepper Homes will pay most closing costs. Items such as final mortgage payment, lawyers fees (if you hire one) and any other required items will be deducted from the payment you will receive for the home and will not require any cash outlay on your part. We will review all of this with you before you sign the contract and the best part is you will not owe any Realtor fees!
